About: :One-Heart Vision, LLC is a(n) Professional Service in Phoenix, AZ

One-Heart Vision, LLC and The Scottsdale Institute for Health and Medicine Center for Mindfulness have combined educational forces to help addicts put an end to relapsing. "Self-Healing" from a drug or alcohol addiction requires building a spiritual foundation through Mindfulness techniques and being "present." to put an end to chronic relapsing. "The Now" is the most important time of our lives. It's the "only" time we can make the changes necessary to self-heal ourselves. The history of the One-Heart Vision Self-Rehabilitation and Self-Healing Program began in Huntsville, Texas in May of 2008. Donon Regan had a meeting with Madeline Ortiz the Director of the Texas Department of Criminal Justice Rehabilitation and Re-entry Program Division. Mr. Regan had set the appointment with Director Ortiz to get her approval to conduct a pilot program on Eckhart Tolle's blockbuster book The Power of Now. Mr. Regan explained to Director Ortiz that he wanted to read, The Power of Now page by page to men and women inmates with substance abuse problems. He further explained that the concepts in The Power of Now would "wake up" inmates out of their "unconscious" addictive behaviors and give them the necessary tools to self-heal their own addictions. Mr. Regan felt that with the help of the inmates, his own experiences, and using The Power of Now concepts, a new program with a new workbook could be developed for offenders. Director Ortiz gave Mr. Regan a "thumbs up" to create and conduct a two-hour, eight-week pilot program, at two different prisons. After filling out the necessary paperwork and waiting another 6 months, a meeting with Rehabilitation and Re-entry Program Division Manager Donna Gilbert and Director of Chaplaincy Richard Lopez finally took place. Chaplain Lopez and Mr. Regan visited a men’s and women's prison and received the approval from each warden to conduct the pilot program. The two prisons selected and then approved for the pilot program were the Ellen Halbert Unit for women inmates in Burnet, Texas, and the Hamilton Unit for men inmates in Bryan, Texas. Beginning in early 2009, Donon Regan drove for 2 hours in 2 different directions, twice a week, for a total of 8 weeks, to deliver The Power of Now pilot program to men and women inmates. The pilot program was sponsored by FedEx Office, Barnes & Noble, Sounds True and New World Library, the publishers of The Power of Now. It was a huge success from day one. Out of that experience the, One-Heart Vision Self-Rehabilitation Workbook and program were created and then approved by the TDCJ Rehabilitation and Re-entry Program Division! Now in the summer of 2017 One-Heart Vision, LLC has created a new pilot program and workbook designed specifically for the public who have drug and alcohol addictions. On July 5th the new One-Heart Vision Self-Healing pilot program will kick-off a 90 day in-house educational event for women with drug and alcohol addiction. This 3 month educational process is not a 12-step program, halfway house, or a sober living facility. This exclusive pilot program is located in a beautiful residential community in Mesa, Arizona. Only 12 qualified women will be able to participate in the initial pilot program. To qualify for this teaching process: Attendee must be a female with a job and dependable transportation.
